There are more than eleven hundred four-year programs across Division I, Division II, Division III, the NAIA, and junior college. Exposure companies sell you access to all of them, which is another way of saying they will not do the hard part. The hard part is narrowing. This page gives you the structure we use with our own families, the six facts to record about every school on the list, and a worksheet that keeps the list honest as it changes.
A list without tiers is a wish list. Tiers force the question every family avoids: which of these schools would actually take this athlete this year. Build fifteen and keep the shape. If a school moves tiers after real contact with a coach, move it — that is the list working.
If every school on your list is in one division, the list is not finished. Athletes get recruited across levels far more often than families expect, and the aid math frequently favors the lower one.
These six numbers tell you more about your athlete’s odds and your family’s cost than any ranking, any camp invitation, and any recruiting profile. Each one is free and takes about ten minutes to find.

Type schools in as you research them. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing requires an account — the list stays on this device until you clear it.
