HOW IT WORKS
The Athlete Scorecard grades film, academics, and exposure against real division benchmarks. You get an honest read on target levels in an afternoon — not after a sales call.
Your scorecard feeds the rest: a target school list by level, a film and outreach plan with templates, a grade-by-grade timeline, and the true-cost and offer calculators that turn a scholarship number into a real family budget.
Deadline reminders and decision tools carry every member through offers and signing. Families who want our eyes on their work add Guided — film, target lists, and offer letters reviewed in writing. We only work with 20 families at a time.

Memberships are enrolled and paid for by a parent or legal guardian 18 or older.

An honest answer to the question every family has: is my athlete good enough — and for what level? Includes a full game-film evaluation, a written scouting report with target levels, and a 30-minute 1-on-1 call with the athlete and family.
The SYSTEM is the product. It costs less than one private lesson a month—and it works whether or not we’re on the call.

WHAT IS IN WHICH PLAN
Every member gets the whole SYSTEM. The recruiting documents are organized for grades nine and up — coach email templates do nothing for a seventh grader — but nothing is held back behind a higher tier.
A good deal of the framework is free and always will be. The columns below show only what a membership adds.
The athlete record is the one thing that carries across every plan. A family that starts in sixth grade arrives at the tenth-grade evaluation with four years of measurables, grades, and film instead of a memory. That history is yours, exportable, and you keep it if you cancel.
Memberships are per athlete — a sixth grader and a tenth grader each have their own membership, record, and plan.
SIGNED ISN’T FINISHED.
Every other service ends at the commitment. Ours doesn’t: the SYSTEM stays open through college—coaching-change strategy, transfer portal guidance, annual aid reviews—and Guided families get a written review every year they’re on campus. Because in today’s game, signing day is the starting line.
We’re not a better recruiting service. We’re a different kind of firm.
Recruiting services sell exposure—getting your athlete in front of more coaches. We are an advisory practice: we help your family make better recruiting, academic, and financial decisions. Exposure is a tactic. Judgment is the product.
